Almost everything, yes. In addition to your base rent, there is an $80 / month flat fee that covers:

  • All utilities
  • High‑speed Wi‑Fi
  • Shared household supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, cleaners, etc.)
  • Professional house cleaning
  • Lawn care and basic exterior upkeep

That means you don’t have to chase roommates for money or split and Venmo every bill. One payment, everything handled.

Yes. We use professional services, not chore charts.

  • Regular professional cleaners handle the inside of the home
  • Lawn care keeps the outside looking great
  • A fast, responsive maintenance team handles repairs

You get a clean, well‑kept home without having to nag housemates to do their part.

Yes. Living alone in an apartment creates unnecessary daily waste and a need for more material goods (furniture, appliances, etc.). Living within a small community allows items and services to be shared and minimized. Less stuff, less waste, smaller footprint. Better for you and better for the planet.

Given the value and limited supply, many homes do have a waiting list. We’ll do our best to understand your timing and needs and match you with the first available opening. If a room isn’t available right away, we’ll add you to our waitlist and keep you in the loop on upcoming availability.

You choose. We let you pick how long you’d like to stay:

  • Shorter leases = more flexibility, slightly higher monthly rate
  • Longer leases = more savings, lower monthly rate

If you don’t like your experience in a particular house, we do our best to transfer you to another HomeCrew house when something suitable is available.

Rooms are single occupancy only. Each room is designed for one person so everyone has their own private space.

This varies by the size and layout of the home, but we always prioritize comfort, space, and community, not just filling every possible spot. Come tour a home to see how the space actually feels.

Yes. Each member gets parking for one vehicle (on‑street or off‑street, depending on the property). At some homes, indoor garage spaces may be available on a first‑come, first‑served basis for an additional fee.
